Frequently asked questions

What is NAPIT certification?

NAPIT is a government-approved electrical competent persons scheme. Our NAPIT registration means we can self-certify Part P notifiable electrical work, providing you with the certificates needed for building regulations compliance and property sales.

How long does a full rewire take?

A 3-bedroom house typically takes 5–7 days. We strip back and replaster any surfaces disturbed and leave the property ready for decorating.

Do I need an EICR as a landlord?

Yes. Since 2020, all private rental properties in England must have a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) carried out by a qualified electrician at least every 5 years.
